Real Estate Agents, brokers are eligible to earn a Green Build Science certification.

Not everyone can become a CP. The designation is limited to a specific group of professionals.

The individual must live in either Canada or the United States
They must be licensed by a national certifying agency, and have liability insurance if they provide services
They must comply with the CP license and criteria terms, which are available from a Live Green, Live Smart Trainer
They must complete approximately 28 hours of classroom and independent study course work

Detailed information can be obtained from a certified trainer.
