Step One – Marketing your home so you can achieve top dollar. Staged N Sold works with seniors and their families preparing the home for market readiness. After a complete analysis of the home we will create a plan of action to meet your budget and timeframe.
Step Two - Staged N Sold gently assists the senior in preparation for the sale of the home. This process involves sorting, packing, decluttering, addressing minor repairs, cleaning and most importantly choosing the pieces that will best showcase the home for market and selecting the pieces that will be travelling with you to your new residence. Choices of a new residence, pet care and a respite room will be handled by our Senior Solutions Partner.
Step Three – Staged N Sold “Stages to Live” your new residence with their edited belongings. More often than not “Moving Day” is stressful for not only the seniors but family members as well. It is our job to see that your transition is made with ease. We will unpack your belongings set up your spaces with all of your wonderful things prior to your arrival. After settling in, should you need a companion service for doctor appointments, grocery shopping etc. our Senior Solutions Partner is available and most accommodating.
