LSP© -  Limited Service Plan -
2 visit program.
75% of our clients use our full participation LSP program to help sell their home.  If you are willing to physically get to work on your biggest investment then this may be the plan for you. This plan consists of a 2 hour Client Staging consultation, an exclusive analysis and a full written report of the home. You will then be given the opportunity to complete the report’s recommendations within an agreed specific time period. A StagedNSold Property Stager will support you throughout the process and return for a 1 hour fine-tune and follow-up, thus, creating the best possible showing condition & Certifying the home for Market Readiness.   View our listings for great results.

SSP© - Shared Service Plan

Many of our clients are eager to get their home on the market - staged - so they can sell it quickly and for optimum price.  Our Shared Service Plan clients are usually those that need assistance with either our staging services and/or rental of furniture and accessories.  Following an exclusive detailed analysis and written report of the home the homeowner agrees to some participation by completing some recommendations listed in the report in the time agreed upon.  A Team of StagedNSold Property Stagers return to stage, accessorize, and complete placement/configuration of all furnishings and rental items should they apply.  Upon completion your StagedNSold Property Stager will Certify the home for Market Readiness. 

FSP© - Full Service Plan

StagedNSold offers a complete service to those clients who don't want to, or do not have the time to participate in the staging process.  In order for your Staged N Sold Stager to give you the best quote possible, an on-property evaluation and walk-through is performed.  We can and do give estimates over the phone, however, sight unseen, these are quotes are generally based on a “range figure”.  Following that, an estimate is sent to the client with full property recommendations, staging and de-staging costs and an itemized list of rental items should they be needed.  The recommendation list is most useful for our Investors/Property developers and in such cases we are called in before they begin the project of refreshing the home for market.  Cost is determined and quoted in the Estimate.

  • Sign rider for clients for sale sign (optional)

  • Support team for condition of property
