Mission - Staged N Sold Properties Inc. promises to work in
partnership with our clients to demonstrate the benefits of Staging,
enabling them to maximize their return on their Staging Investment with
ease and in the quickest time possible.
Our History – Staged N Sold services has been in business
for over 9+ years and covers the following areas:
Ontario; Ottawa; Gatineau, Aylmer Sector Quebec; Greater Toronto &
surrounding areas; British Columbia; Vancouver & surrounding areas;
Victoria and surrounding areas and in the United States we regularly
service the Columbus, Ohio area. However clients have called for our
services as far south as Kentucky, Indiana and Kansas.
Staged N Sold Properties Inc.'s team are Insured and Bonded. We are
leaders in the staging industry. We have been featured on Television
on the A-Channel and CTV. Our expertise has been the subjects of Radio
and Newspaper articles on Victoria Radio channels and the Ottawa Citizen.
We are members Better Business Bureaus (BBB), Real Estate Staging Agency
(RESA) and local Chamber of Commerce. Our credentials include: Accredited
Staging Professional (ASP); Accredited Staging Professional Master (ASPM);
Canadian Staging Professional (CSP) and our own Professional Property
Stager (PPS) and Professional Property Stager Adviser (PPSA) Certification
program that keeps all of our Staged N Sold team players informed and
better able to support our clients. Our team is specially trained
and certified to help you with all your staging needs.

With established locations in Canada and 1 in the United States, the Staged N Sold Properties Inc team has become leaders in the Staging Industry. As a former Real Estate Agent and a Home Staging Instructor, Connie continues to gain knowledge pertinent to the industry. Her portfolio to date includes the following accreditations: CSP (Canadian Staging Professional); PPS (Professional Property Stager); ASP (Accredited Staging Professional); ASPM (Accredited Staging Professional Master). |
