Connie Nedergaard, President Serving Ottawa & Gatineau/Aylmer Sector After more than 20 years in the IT industry, Connie relocated with her family from Toronto, Ontario Canada to Dublin, Ohio USA in 2000. Shortly thereafter, Connie took a leap of faith and chose to embark on a new career. With her passion for people, community, her love of the Real Estate industry and her Interior Design Education, it was clear why Connie became a Realtor in 2003. As a Realtor, assisting families in finding their dream home although rewarding was somehow not enough. The routine of turning clients "homes" into a "product for sale" was often heart wrenching for both Connie and her Clients. Connie's eagerness to ease the transition of moving for her clients, led her to a career in Staging, trained by Christine Rae, now CSP President. In 2006 the "Nedergaards" once again relocated back to Canada to the Ottawa Ontario Region. With the desire to learn more and share with others in 2006, Connie continued her education and obtained her ASP Masters Designation taught by Barb Schwarz, Creator of Stagedhomes.com in Concord California. In July 2006 she returned to Chicago and was hired by Barb Schwarz, Stagedhomes.com as an Official ASP Course Trainer for Stagedhomes in Canada serving Ottawa, Vancouver, Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg giving her an even greater opportunity to help people change their lives.

For more than 8 years Connie Nedergaard, President of Staged N Sold Properties Inc. has made a career of helping homeowners sell their homes quicker and/or for more money. With established locations in Canada and 1 in the United States, the Staged N Sold Properties Inc team has become leaders in the Staging Industry. As a former Real Estate Agent and a Home Staging Instructor Connie continues to gain knowledge pertinent to the industry. Her portfolio to date includes the following accreditations: CSP (Canadian Staging Professional); PPS (Professional Property Stager); ASP (Accredited Staging Professional); ASPM (Accredited Staging Professional Master); Live Green, Live Smart Certification and Trainer.

After re-connecting with Christine Rae and completing the CSP course Connie was excited at the opportunity to be part of the Live Green, Live Smart program. Without a doubt this was the next natural step for Staged N Sold Properties Inc. Changing peoples' lives is what we do at Staged N Sold Properties Inc. one client at a time. Changing the way people think about the planet is what we hope to do, one client at a time. We all know how important it is to feel good about our homes and the neighborhood we live in. Our planet is our home. Connie takes pride in the ability to arm clients and the nation with the knowledge of the Live Green, Live Smart program . Connie believes that through awareness and the right tools we can all do our part to secure our future and the planet. Connie has been a key note speaker across the country and looks forward to the opportunity share the Live Green, Live Smart program with Realtors, Designers, Stagers, Home Inspectors and any Corporation ready to Live Green, Live Smart.

Connie, just after 17 days of meeting her soul mate married Alex in 1989, a soccer player from Denmark. They have two boys Adam and Jakob, both aspiring to attend Ohio State University. They enjoy outdoor activities, visiting with their grandparents and golfing and skiing as a family. Since moving to back to Ottawa, Canada we have been blessed with a wonderful new puppy, MIA. As a family we have just begun to explore and enjoy our Nations Capital and now our home.

The Staged N Sold Properties Inc. family continues to grow. As President of Staged N Sold, Connie is proud of the team she has been instrumental in developing. Each member of Staged N Sold adheres to a vigorous training program to become a Certifed Professional Property Stager. Connie's eagerness for continued learning has been the foundation of many other programs that continue to flourish within the company so that we can continue to produce strong players in the industry and give our clients the desired professionalism and integrity they are looking for.
