Staged N Sold

After more than 20 years in the IT industry, Connie along with her husband and two small boys relocated from Barrie, Ontario Canada to Dublin, Ohio USA in 2000. New beginnings allowed Connie to take a leap of faith and embark on a new career. With her passion for people, community, her love of the Real Estate industry and her Interior Design Education, it was clear why Connie became a Realtor.

As a Realtor, assisting families in finding their dream home, although rewarding, was somehow not enough. The routine of turning clients "homes" into a "product for sale" was often heart wrenching for both Connie and her Clients. Connie's eagerness to help her clients prepare their home for market readiness and to get top dollar for their home led her to fulfill the designation of ASP Stager.

In 2006 the "Nedergaards" returned to Canada to the Ottawa Ontario Region. That same year Connie obtained her ASP Masters Designation taught by Barb Schwarz, Creator of Stagedhomes.com in Concord California and was hired as the Official National ASP Course Trainer for Canada giving Connie the ability to train individuals and spread the word of staging.

Connie chose to park her real estate license and focus on her Staging business supporting realtors and clients with exclusive staging service packages. For more than a decade Staged N Sold Properties Inc. has established locations across Canada from Ontario to British Columbia. Connie continues to gain knowledge pertinent to the industry. Her portfolio to date includes the following accreditations: PPS (Professional Property Stager); CPP Coach; CSP(Canadian Staging Professional); CSP Elite Instructor; ASP (Accredited Staging Professional); ASPM (Accredited Staging Professional Master); Live Green, Live Smart Certification and Trainer; Seniors in Transition PPS program; Feng Shui PPS Program.

Due to Connie's dedication and hard efforts Staged N Sold Properties Inc. became recognized as the first franchised property staging company in Canada. As President of Staged N Sold, Connie is proud of the team she has been instrumental in developing. Each member of Staged N Sold adheres to a vigorous training program to become a Certified Professional Property Stager and must complete 24 credit hours per 24 months to keep their license with the company. Connie's eagerness for continued learning has been the foundation of many other programs that continue to flourish within the company so that we can continue to produce strong players in the industry and give our clients the desired professionalism and integrity they are looking for. The sound integrity of Staged N Sold and the teams' ability and passion to continually change lives is very rewarding.

Connie, just after 17 days of meeting her soul mate married Alex in 1989, a soccer player from Denmark. Proud of their sons, Adam, a 2nd year chemical engineering student and Jakob, a Varsity Football player and aspiring Orthodontist. Their energy for life shines through their ability to reach the goals they set for themselves. We all enjoy the latest additions to our family Mia and Sophie our loyal and loving Shitzus and as a family we find time to explore and enjoy our Nations Capital and now our home Ottawa, Ontario Canada.
