Lana has a real passion for staging and this is something she brings with her to every consult. She has an extensive history in social services and relations and has a professional enthusiasm for home décor.

As a military spouse, she has spent the past twenty years traveling our continent, having lived in several Canadian and U.S. cities. Her travels have provided her the opportunity to understand the real estate industry under various conditions. Having bought and sold numerous homes, she has a personal insight into what buyers are looking for and what it takes to sell a house. In today’s market, you need to ensure that your home or listing is “show room ready.” First impressions count and Lana knows how to ensure that your house stands out in order to sell quickly and maximize value.

Lana is a graduate of both Behavioral Science and Social Service Worker programs. She has taken courses that specialize in Ontario Real Estate and Business Management in an effort to excel in her craft. Lana is currently certified with a dual designation: PPS (Certified Professional Property Stager); and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional). She also implemented and directed the pilot project for the Canadian Military Family Resource Centre at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida. This model has been adapted throughout the Canadian Forces as the model for new Family Resource Support Offices outside of Canada. These experiences have validated Lana’s personal philosophy that communication and relationships are truly the keys to success. She will be involved with you throughout the entire staging process, build a personal relationship that will cooperatively work towards ensuring your home stands out from the others.
