Nicole DeFilippo, Area Manager
Serving Columbus & surrounding areas Nicole is a long time Columbus native, graduating from The Ohio State University, and has served many years in the sales and customer service field. She resides in the Worthington area with her husband Brent and 2 dogs. As a successful Realtor, serving her community for many years, Nicole was successful in making her clients goals a reality. Education was the most important attribute Nicole brought to her clients. It is clear in the Real Estate Industry that every home on the market is COMPETITION, and by educating sellers on the importance of Staging and preparing their home for market would bring a higher Return On their Staging Investment. Turning a "home" into a "house" and making it a "product", led to properties getting sold quicker and in some cases for more money. Nicole believes the ultimate complement that can be given, is the power of the WOW factor. Her belief in attention to detail, and going the extra mile makes all the difference. |

By working closely with Realtors, Associates, and clients wanting a change, it was only the natural step of progression that Nicole become a PPS (Certified Professional Property Stager) and ASPT (Accredited Staging Professional) Stager.
