Since joining Staged N Sold Properties Inc., Susie has earned a reputation for providing professional and practical guidance as a PPS (Certifed Professional Property Stager) and an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional). Prior to opening up Staged N Sold in Aurora, Ontario, Susie played a significant role in staging models and co-ordinating photography for print-ad and Virtual Tours for Aimco property management, the largest Property Management Company in the USA. Susie is the Founder and President of the Aurora, Ontario IAHSP (International Association of Home Staging Professionals) Regional Chapter. This Chapter brings ASP Home Stagers and ASP Realtors in York Region, together for positive networking and association.
As a member of IAHSP Susie has been able to volunteer her staging services for:
International Worldwide Staging Service Day 2006 - the team completed a total makeover for The Yellow Brick House, Aurora, Ontario. Royal Lepage 2006 Carriage Trade Luxury Properties Report - A vacant property that was staged for print and video Susie's dedication to the industry has also included her involvement and participation in:

- Trainer Assistant to the Official ASP Course Trainer for Canada
- Mentoring StagedNSold Area Managers in both Toronto and Vancouver
