May 28, 2007 I want to express my appreciation and that of my seller for the terrific work Heather Fritz of Staged ‘N Sold did in staging his condo in Victoria. Although this condo listing had many updates and flexible space, there were some idiosyncrasies that made it difficult for potential buyers to envision ho w it could look. Heather’s expert staging showed it to its best advantage and everyone commented on how good it looked. The realtor whose client bought it said that the staging was a main element in what sold his client on the condo. When we decided to put our house on the market for sale, we asked Connie Nedergaard from "Staged N Sold to come out and advise us on how best to prepare our house for market. Connie and her associate provided us with a very thorough assessment of our current house condition - our house had weathered 20 years and three very active teenagers so we certainly had a bit of updating and staging to do. Hi Connie, I didn't get a chance to pop over to the condo until about 4pm yesterday. The place looks absolutely awesome! Not overdone and not underdone. Heck, I'm ready to move into it myself! We had the light fixtures changed out and it looks so much better. - Staged homes sell for more money and sell quicker. I have shown a home and that was not staged (buyer input was "it's OK") and then go about 4 doors down in the same neighborhood and show the same floor plan, but in a staged home and the buyer loved it and in fact bought the home! I have a professional staging expert come to your home and go through every room and generate a full home report on what needs to be done to best stage your home. Mike Strange,
